I'M BAAAAACK WEEK 11

So I just came back from my holidaaayy. Oh how amazing it was!

LOVED IT! Spain is just beautiful!

The pictures give no justice to the actual sights. Believe me when I say that, it is even more beautiful and amazing when witnessed in real life! OMG the weather was just soooooo nice! <3

So thanks to the Facebook group, the live feed and the digi coaches I was able to be up to date with everything that I missed on each day :)

On that week the class had a assignment to do for Heino Tukku Oy. A guest speaker from Heino Tukku Oy gave a speech about their company briefly. This company is well known and successful in Finland. Heino Tukku Oy is a family-owned company, founded in 1899. Heino Tukku Oy is wholesaler and importer of daily consumer goods. Heino group's turnover is 230m Euros, personnel 500 and over 30,000 products. Heino also carries the widest selection of alcoholic beverages in Finland.

The assignment that was given to the students was to create a business idea, customer journey and marketing plan.

As I wasn't present in this assignment, I would like to show you a customer journey plan and video clip of e-service idea created by me and my group for eService Competence course.

We had to come up with a e-service business idea and then create a customer journey.
